		<description>You&#039;re absolutely correct, Natasha. It all starts with attitude. If at the beginning we believe the risk management/compliance program we are setting up will be complicated, it will probably be complicated. What people don&#039;t realize is that the inverse is true - if we believe that it can be simple, it will be simple. The biggest barrier is our own beliefs. Once we overcome that obstacle, the rest is pretty easy.

Totally agree. If we remove these barriers and the mentality that it must be costly, hard, a burden, etc. etc. we will see great improvement in our risk management and compliance initiatives.</description>
