This doesn’t fit in with my blog on “business risk management”, but bear with me for a few weeks.

You may or may not know that I am a part-time photographer for AmyRose Photography. I was privileged to be part of many beautiful weddings and portrait sessions with Amy last year. We’ve sorted through the thousands of images and I am pleased to present you with “Tom’s best of 2009″ – the best of my images from last year.

These images were selected as “best” because of their emotion and story. I hope they have the same effect on you that they have on us.

    • Very cool pics Tom. Thanks for sharing. I’m sure there is a story behind every single picture. You have done an excellent job in capturing peoples expressions in their special moment. Impressive work! I never knew you had that “photographic” side to you. Looking forward to the best of 2010 …

    • Thanks, Iad. Let’s just say that I may not be a “typical” engineer… :-)

    • Way cool! My question, have you photographed brides who are not wearing strapless wedding gowns? Although I did spot one at the end of your video who was wearing a sleeveless wedding gown . Seems like it does not matter what time of year the wedding occurs either. I went to a wedding of one of Kelly’s nephews in January of last year in west central Illinois and the bride was wearing a strapless wedding gown. All, I can say is bbbrrrhhh!

    • Strapless was definitely the “in” thing this year, Bev. Most of the weddings we did were warm/hot weather, but there were a few in the fall and winter. Doesn’t seem to matter.
